"Ajwa date seed powder was sufficiently able to lower the total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and triglyceride (TG) levels and raise high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels and demonstrated good tolerability in humans. It has been demonstrated that compared to the placebo group, Ajwa date seed powder showed remarkably better results in the intervention group. In conclusion, it can be purported that Ajwa date seed powder may be used as a supplement for the management of hypercholesterolemia in humans".
